Wednesday the 22 August was a busy day at the school as learners were being ferried to and from Creston College to take part in the Eistoddfod. Learners took part in the choir, Poetry recital and songs. Learners performed exceptionally well, earning gold awards for the choir, many trophies and certificates. Well done to educator Mrs Estelle Alberts and volunteer musician Lizanne Nair.
Peter from Scripture Union visited the school on Thursday 23 August with bibles for grade 7 learners. Thank you to Peter.
Learners are busy with a bag painting project. Shelly Centre has provided 200 bags which have to be painted in a marine theme. Learners are excited about painting. The bags will be returned to Shelly Centre once they have been painted and will be judged for a competition.
