The final Parents’ Day for the year was held at school on Saturday 13 October. Attendance was poor due to inclement weather. Nevertheless, the AGM proceeded. Mr Bruce Dickson, a member on the Board of Trustees, presented the budget to the parents and explained how vital it was for them to pay school fees. At the conclusion of the AGM parents visited classes to engage with educators about the progress of their children.

Mrs Rosemary Zulu and Mrs Busisiwe September accompanied the U/10 boys’ and girls’ teams to a cricket game at Port Shepstone Country Club on Saturday 13 October. The function was the regional mini cricket festival.  Both boys and girls’ teams enjoyed the games and performed very well.

The school choir took part in Voices for Hospice held at Norwegian Settlers Church on Thursday 11 October. They rendered two songs. The event celebrated hospice and palliative care.
