It is with great sadness to report the death of our Grade 3 teacher, Miss Karen Hudson on the 03 February 2022. Karen was involved in a most horrific car accident during the school holiday.
Karen was known for her in depth knowledge, as well as the remedial and special needs of every learner in her class. Monitoring them she did with great empathy, and was known to have kept in touch with many of her former students.
She also contributed to most school matters, always giving wise insights to problems at hand, and spoke out about the injustices that her learners were often subjected to.
Karen leaves a huge gap among our staff and will be sorely missed from her meaningful contribution.
