The school had a successful Grade 4 and Grade 7 fund-raising cake sale on Wednsday 6
August 2025. It was well-supported. The learners enjoyed different kinds of cakes.
The principal and staff would like to thank the parents for their support.
Grade 3 learners received their pen licences for their excellent writing skills.
This will encourage the learners to write neatly and take pride in their work. They all worked hard
for this and were congratulated by their educator, Zibuyile Xolo and Karen Marx the Principal
Hlanganani Preparatory‘s cross-country runners participated in the River Valley Nature
Reserve cross-country event last Friday.
Well done to all the runners for finishing the race.
The Hlanganani teaching Staff attended a Proudly Primary conference at a prestigious St
Charles College in Pietermaritzburg, from August 7 to August 9, 2025. This event brings
together educators, administrators, to explore the latest innovations and best practices in
primary education.
On Monday the 11th of August 2026 the school had a special assembly to announce the
winning tickets for our raffle. The school will like to thank all the people who made this
raffle successful and congratulations on our winners.
