On the 11th of February 2025.The Department of Education hosted the Ugu District
athletics selection at Suid Natal High school. Amahle Magxala, Aphile Mzelemu, Iyazi
Rubuluza, Mihle Dindi, Obuhle Mthembu, Thandolubanzi Mhlongo and Anele Ntloko
attended this event. The learners gave their all and the school is extremely proud of them.
Thanks to their coach Miss Nomnotho Zulu for keeping the Hlanganani flag flying high.
We celebrated Valentine’s Day on the 13th of February, learners were
asked to create Valentine’s Gift cards and write stories about Valentines.
They were learning and celebratinģ at the same time. They were allowed to wear civvies
(red, pink and white).
Plenty of food and refreshments were on sale. We had a concert for the learners who
wanted to dance and modelling for those more confident. It was a day full of fun and
learning. The day ended on a very happy note for some of the learners who received
prizes as winners in the modelling and Dancing competitions.
All the best to our volleyball teams as they participate in the first tournament of the year on
Saturday.
