Last Wednesday we had a special assembly to celebrate the World reading aloud day.
Miss Karen Marx and Miss Nosipho Ntobela read aloud an educational story to the
learners and they all enjoyed being part of World Read Aloud day and loved the story in
isiZulu and English.
Last Friday, as part of fun Fridays the school had a successful crazy hair day. Everyone
enjoyed spotting who had crazy hair.
Our first swimming lesson on Tuesday caused much excitement and everyone enjoyed
cooling down while learning water safety and how to swim.
Our Grade 3s enjoyed their first mini-cricket match on Saturday, hosted by Creston
College. Thank you to Mrs Charity Chuma and Mr Ntandoyenkosi Zulu for coaching the
boys. They loved playing their games.
